In the FA business, labor shortages and the need to improve productivity and efficiency have become a structural trend. The market is expected to grow even faster in the future with the accelerated introduction of various technological elements such as automated conveyors, cooperative robots, image AI inspection, digital twins, and predictive maintenance. In the ICT business, we provide a comprehensive business infrastructure environment centered on video management systems and RFID solutions, which will support proposals for hardware, software, and security network-related equipment expected to play a key role in emerging AI-based businesses. With a view to optimizing entire factory operations together with our customers, we aim to achieve our medium-term management plan by promoting initiatives that maximize the value of "Tsunagu hito (people who connect)" while sharing the joy of transforming the workplace!

Growth Strategy for Existing Businesses

Based on our firm position as a Mitsubishi FA distributor by strengthening our technical support system, we will maintain our business scale in Japan and overseas. Moreover, we aim to increase the value provided to customers and improve profitability by accelerating proposal activities that combine partner products. On the business front, we will improve profitability by restructuring and optimizing our organizational structure and increasing the efficiency of our supply chain.

Market Innovation Strategy

We will accelerate the expansion of our business areas and user base through strategic investments in Japan and overseas. In particular, we will strengthen our network abroad with ASEAN bases, which are expected to continue growing, centered on China, and aim to drive business growth through value exchange.

Product Innovation Strategy

We will accelerate our high value-added proposals by expanding our laser business based on our proprietary solutions and enhancing our portfolio of highly competitive partner products, mainly in China and Taiwan. Further, we will strengthen our system engineering business (robots, automated conveyance, image inspection, sensing, etc.) in cooperation with partner companies in Japan and overseas.
